Click on the transaction for more info. Unclaimed usually means that you haven’t confirmed your PayPal email address or which is not associated with a PayPal account at all. Click the ‘cog’ icon and look on the email section to see if your email address is confirmed.
Are you based in the US? Does it say “Accept The Money” on the Summary page when you log in from the PayPal website? If so, you may have to set up PayPal Cash account. Click “Accept The Money” to click “Keep it in PayPal” to set up PayPal Cash or “Transfer to my bank” to transfer direct to bank account.
