Unclaimed money in my account

I have a screenshot showing I have unclaimed money in my account but I have not been able to find the money to claim it. Help!

Double check the email address that was used to pay you and make sure there were no spelling mistakes.

Is the email address verified?

Is the email address the same one that is linked to your paypal account?
