Unauthorized transaction

Hello,

Someone hacked my paypal account and sent 3 unauthorized transactions on 09.03.2020. When I saw a notification email about one of the unauthorized transactions I accessed my paypal account and removed my card from it. A few minutes after that I have received a notification email that my account has been closed, but hacker has created an account with same login credentials but empty transaction history, dummy name and address.  When I called Paypal they managed to refund the amount of unauthorized transactions. Today I saw that there is one more unauthorized transaction ordered on 09.03.2020 but processed yesterday 23.03.2020. I tried to call Paypal support again about this but their lines are closed due to COVID-19.

 

Is there a Paypal support person who could help me in this situation ?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Paypal agents do not reply to my messages in Paypal message center , tweeter or Facebook:(
