Unauthorized payment

Hi! I have been on cheated by Freelancer.com. I didn't touch anything but suddenly they stole my money!!!!! RM120 IT'S SUCH A LOT OF MONEY. I WAS LIKE,WTF JS THIS?????!!!! I DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING THERE. I ASKED THE PAYPAL BUT THEY DENIED AND SAID THAT I WAS AGREED ON IT EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT!!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO????!!!!

An unauthorised payment is telling paypal you were hacked and the payment made without your consent.

Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and if they see it came from you then the dispute would be closed.

If the payment was funded via a credit card then see if they will help you with a chargeback.

Also contact the company and see if they will refund you.
