Unable to use Paypal payment

I am processing a payment on the below link,  it redirects me to paypal check out.

When I enter the details of my card, It shill shows the same message as "Please add a debit or credit card to complete your purchase."

Even after entering the details several time the same error appears.

Please help. I have already made a purchase on this same site 10 mins back and it was successful.

You need to get a proper PayPal payment email url or PayPal Invoice url from the seller or go to the seller's web store and make another purchase because this link has maybe an expired session token attached to it.
