Unable to send payment

Hi I’m Bharathi31 . I have been trying to make payment with my PayPal but I haven’t been able to to that. I called the customer service hoping to get a solution but i never got a solution. I’m having  $22 right now in my account I can’t send . I really don’t know what to do.

You can't use funds in your paypal balance as a funding source in India, they are auto withdrawn to your bank account on a daily basis.

Didn't resolve my problem  yet. I am facing a lot of issues,

 here my issues

1.I am unable to send the money to customers

2. In my PayPal account showing money when i am click on withdraw a money to my bank account getting error message

3.How did the papal account money transfer to my bank account

please help me out from this
