Hello, I have a problem about not being able to send or receive money. Every time I try to send money to a friend, it directs me to this error http://prntscr.com/oh52gx and then on April 26,2019. There is an email saying that my Paypal account is verified and my sending limits were removed <removed>
I also have a problem regarding on confirming my identity, I have provided the documents and it has been almost three months since I provided them but it still says that they are reviewing the documents and it may take 2-3 business days http://prntscr.com/oh58zr
