Unable to send money using my Bluevine business checking account as the payment method

I set up my Bluevine (part of Bancorp) business checking account as my default payment method on April 13th.

Paypal sent me a confirmation email saying:

"Your preferred payment method is set.

You selected your THE BANCORP BANK X-____ as your preferred way to make payments.

We'll use it whenever you shop online or send money for goods and services."

However, when I send payments via Paypal, it does not show my Bluevine/Bancorp account. When I try to add it again as a method of payment, the system says "We added your new payment method, but can’t use it right now. To continue, choose or add another way to pay."

I'm still having this issue. Still not fixed! Even though I spoke to a Paypal rep weeks ago who said it was fixed.

Paypal does not accept 'virtual' bank accounts if that is what it is?

You may be able to add them and confirm them (if you did that?) but if not offered when you check out then its a bank they don't accept.
