Unable to send money to friends

So I've had no problems up until yesterday when I went to send money to a friend. PayPal was working and behaving normally allowing me to get to the "Money" page, but the second I went to click the page for "Send or request money" the page does not load properly. I am able to still navigate to other areas of PayPal's website but I am unable to choose to send money to my friend. If anyone can help me troubleshoot my problem that would be very appreciated!

Did you refresh the page and it still acts the same?

Try clearing browser cache and cookies and restart device.
