I tried sending money to my aunt but here is the message that keeps popping up : ”Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later”.

Some info would help...
are you both in the U.S?
does she have a paypal account?
has she recieved funds before (as you need a paypal cash account to receive funds in the U.S).
were you sending in USD?
has she verified her email address?
what funding source were you using and is that funding source verified.
