I am in a foreign country and trying to send funds to my son 8n US. Because of multiple login issues I had to change my password a few times. I received an email concerning suspicious activity, but followed the prompts to reassure PayPal that the attempts to send funds had been mine . The payment still did not go through. I called PayPal customer service who worked with me to resolve the security issue. However, they said the payment still couldn't go through but couldn't say why. They suggested another method of sending funds but one isn't available to me from my location. How can I find the root of the problem and resolve it?
