Unable to see what's happening in the Paypal Processing

Having visited my Dashboard on Developer Page, because I want to find out what's happening to cause a failure, I'm still unable to see.
The software being used for ECommerce is Invision Community Suite, and we're having issues knowing why it's failing on the Billing.
That's the last link here, showing the exclamation mark. Clicking on that link does nothing, so how can we find out what's going on at the Paypal end to cause the failure. Does anyone have a clue?
