Unable to request Money "There is a Problem in your Account"

I'm getting error there is a problem with your account, visit help center where I couldn't find anything helpful. MY account setup is complete and verified bank and card details, these idiot's doesn't have a proper email to reach out or customer care to talk about. Anyone here could help me?
