I have a pending charge of $4.95 from a very obscure website I never heard of called Day-Solutions.net, dated yesterday, May 19th. I am unable to report this transaction without explanation why, but the $4.95 is not in my account and so I cannot use my card to print any cash. I am in a very bad financial situation and need the $10. What do I have to do to get this settled?
