Unable to receive payments

Hi everyone I'm unable to receive payments from my new PayPal business account after adding up all my documents and waited for one month. When someone tries to send me a payment, an error message comes like YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN DECLINED , WE'RE SORRY THERE SEEMS TO BE AN ERROR. How to resolve this issue, help me.

To receive Paypal payments in your country + to be able to receive payments in your local currency read the below link.
