Hi everyone I'm unable to receive payments from my new PayPal business account after adding up all my documents and waited for one month. When someone tries to send me a payment, an error message comes like YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN DECLINED , WE'RE SORRY THERE SEEMS TO BE AN ERROR. How to resolve this issue, help me.
