Unable to receive payment

Hello community,

 

I've been trying to receive funds sent to me as Goods and services from a business account, i upgraded from personal to business account after not being able to receive the funds on personal account, now on business accoint and funds still can not be received on my side, when i try to dispute on resolution center it tells me to return to user agreement policy, the error message on senders side isn"we couldn't complete transaction. what do you think is the problem ?
