My friend who is on USA tried to sent me 25$ as my birthday gift . It is saying that Sorry , recipient can't accept payment at moment . I don't know what is problem I have my bank account and Gmail account confirmed . I'm also not starting buisness account , its a general account . Can anyone help me in fixing this prob .
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
Are you in a country that can only send and not receive paypal payments?
