Unable to receive payment

yesterday I was unable to receive payment from a website and the person who was sending payment received error of "  This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions"

 

How to sort out this? thanks

Hi Kamya, 

 

I am sorry to hear that this happened. If the sender is still unable to pay try sending them a payment request or an invoice to see if that helps. This can happen sometimes if there is an error on either parties side. Make sure that there are no open issues on your account that would be preventing you from receiving payments. You will be able to see any open issues on your Resolution centre.
