Unable to receive money

Hello Sir,

I don't now why no one can send me money on paypal

I selected primary account

I add my bank details

I also add my paypal.me link

Even though doing all this

when somebody try to send me money with the help of my email or paypal.me link they got a message 

>>> This recipient is currently unable to receive payments.<<<

So help me so that I can receive payment and yes I have a business account
