Unable to receive money to my Paypal account

I am from India. I could not receive amount to my Paypal account. When my business partner send the amount he is seeing an error message "This recipient is currently unable to receive payments". I tried other solutions but could not solve this. 

Please suggest a solution.

To Paypal Team,

We work on ETSY we link this paypal on my ETSY account we sold 2 order but we not receive both payment.

Please help us what wrong with us.
