I recently changed my E-Mail address and it is now showing as the primary and only one in my account. I have had notifications of funds available from various people but they are not coming through to my account. The notifications are being received on the old primary E-mail address but this no longer seems to appear anywhere in my account so can't understand it. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Hi there,
You need to ensure the email address has been removed and ensure the senders are not sending the payments to your old email address. Did you know you can have more than one email address registered? That way you never miss any payments.
