A friend tried to send me some money earlier and got this error message.
We're both based in the UK and have UK accounts. I do use Etsy for the majority of the payments I receive but also had some issues with receiving transfers from my sister in Canada.
I had a search of the archives but none of the solutions given seem to apply to the new layout.
I can't figure this out so any help is appreciated!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
