For over a year now, I have had buyers who are randomly unable to pay me. They can pay other people, and I've even had them pay my husband's account instead and that would work. I have tried a few times to get paypal to resolve this issue, but they say everything is fine with my account.
I believe it is only Mastercard payments that are declined, but don't know if all Mastercard payments are declined. They buyer gets a message that says, "Sorry your mastercard is not accepted. Please add another card to complete your payment."
Paypal help has been not help at all. Has anyone else had this issue, or have any idea how I can fix it? It's very frustrating!
