I am trying to print shipping labels and every time i click the pay button, i get an error message that will not let me purchase the label because it exceeds my available paypal balance. I have more than enough money in my balance. it still wont work. So i transferred the balance to my bank and set my bank as my preffered payment method on paypal. i am still not able to purchase labels, the error message always comes up telling me i have not enough finds and to link a bank or card. i have done all of this and nothing is getting resolved. can anyone help me out?
