Hi, almost everyday I buy items and at least once a day paypal just refuses for some reason. Being stuck at the checkout when I've bought something for days is not fair on the seller who has to wait and hope that I eventually can pay
I have 2 strikes and both are because of this reason just flat out unable to pay. even for weeks. most of time resolved but still..
Why is this? I'm told its because I might've had a dispute recently but why do paypal let me buy an item earlier in the day and then 2 hours later refuse? its not consistent I just want to be allowed to spend my own money, keep having to ring them 2-3 times a week to get past it.
just need some suggestions before I get negative feedbacks and strikes because of this.
