Hello,
I've been a customer from PayPal for 9 years. Since today I've noticed I'm not able to make payments anymore. I used to be able to make payments without a paypal balance as it would just get the money from my attached bank account. Since today it won't allow me to make any payments unless I have enough balance on my paypal. How is this possible?
