I shipped out the item normally and then it got returned to me with a message from my country's customs office saying it could not reach that specific country at this time due to Covid. Now I'm trying to issue a refund to the buyer but paypal keeps saying I have insufficient funds in my balance while that is not the case. The amount that has to be refunded is $30 usd and I have 60€ in my paypal balance. Could the problem lie within the currency difference?
