Unable to get the payment

I have got the email from sender that they have sent the money. I have got the email from paypal also that on my account that amount has been received. But it is not reflecting in my account. I got the mail about giving some information about my account or recent transactions. I am unable to resolve this issue. Please help me with this.

I understand your concern in regards to payment. It might be you have received the payment but you are not able to see that. These are some issues which may occurs in this situation
