Unable to confirm payment

I've been waiting since April 16th or so for the stimulus payment to be directed to my account as requested. I'm unable to confirm with a live rep that there could be a pending payment on the way. I'm in the dark on this and am unable to verify that my account is limited or something else stopping the payment. Help?
