Unable to confirm order status

I have been sent money as payment for a digital product and just completed it. However, it seems (as of right now at the moment) I cannot confirm the order status nor edit the tracking info.

Editing the tracking info gives me a "Fatal Failure" and trying to confirm the order status as complete gives me a "We're experiencing technical difficulties."

I just want to make sure the server isn't down right now or my account is too young (made about a week and a half-ish ago) before I attempt to contact customer support.

Apologies if this is on the wrong board, I was unsure where this should go.

Yeah same here bud. I cant submit or confirm order status...it just says "technical difficulties" 😞

The Confirm Order Status screen freezes. I have to close the browser window and come back into PayPal.  This has been happening over the last few days. I used to be able to use this function to via the Get Money button.
