ihave been using PayPal for a while and I never faced any issue with it. Just this time to send money to a recipient it’s asking me to link my credit card even though I have one linked already. So I did try to follow what they asked but still all over again asking me to link the credit card and it gets in circle without any error messages or decline messages. Bank confirms the my cc is working just fine. Any idea or help
