Unable to claim money from email

I got paid about a week ago for work that I have done. Whenever I click on claim my money in the email that was sent, it always says "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later". I have tried numerous times and still nothing, I do not want my money being returned to the sender.

Thank you for your post. 

I can understand that you are facing an issue while claiming your Payment.  We recommend you to clear the caches and cookies and try to claim the payment after 24 hours. So you might get an option to receive the amount.
