I keep getting the same message after selecting Pay Pal as the mode of payment for a purchase on eBay:
”We're sorry, things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”
The end result is I can’t complete the purchase. Is this a problem/glitch of the eBay website or Pay Pal?
And: what is the email address of eBay/Pay Pal customer service?
