Its me Yubaraj Dhakal. I have sent money from my paypal account to another account about 5$ and i want to cancel this amount but unable to cancel this amount right now.

If they are pending and remain unclaimed then they will time out at 30 days.
However you can't cancel payments if they are showing as completed, unless you contact the merchant you purchased from and ask them to cancel your order and refund you.
Other than that paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described up to 180 days post purchase.
