Unable to add bank account - error message

Hello all,

 

I am having an issue when trying to add my monzo account as a bank account - I have successfully added the card on my account but it comes up with this error message ''We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.'' when i submit bank account details (sort code & acct number)

I have searched the community for an answer but most are directing me to 'add bank account' which i have already tried quite a few times and leads me to this message

 

Any help is appreciated
