Hello, exactly what the title says. I have a client who would like a refund for some work, and when I click 'refund' on the Issue Refund page, it spins for a moment, and then the Fees section vanishes with no refund issued. I need to issue this today, and I have never had to issue a refund before. Any ideas? I've tried on Edge, Chrome and Firefox, my internet shouldn't be causing any issues (I am the only device connected, nothing downloading etc)
