Hi I’m having trouble finding out why a payment is pending. I can’t cancel or refund. Although on my statement it is not recognising the pending transaction on PayPal help line. I did it as a business and think she may have put it as friends and family. I can’t do anything at my end, anyone else had this problem? Thank you
