Hi I have been using PayPal for over a year and recently I received payment it shows in my activity but not in my balance.I got in touch with pay pal customer service and they keep telling me it's technical issue and will be resolved in 72 hours but it is 10 days and there is no progress and every time I call it is the same robotic answer and no solution.I just want to know if any one else has experienced the same and will this be resolved or my money is gone now.
