Hey PayPal friends,
I wanted to buy a course on Udemy using my paypal account but for some reason it did not go through.
Background info: I am in China (I am German). I did not upload any information on my passport. But My account has my bank card linked to it.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
