So I purchased $5 USD on 8th December 2018 and I did not receive my funds and it's not shown in my balance. On 10th May 2019 (yesterday), I purchased around $15 USD and I have yet to receive it (don't know if i ever will considering I have yet to receive the one from 8th of December). Where did my funds went? Hope to get some answers thanks!
