Hello, Good day, on the 30th of March i made an order on Ionos.com for domains and the order was cancelled. The money was charged to one of my card ending with 1071. I have waited over 7 days for the refund of 377$ to my card but i have not received it since.
Also i discovered there was a pending charge of the same $377 but that was to another card i didn't select as my default.....which ends with '2059'.... so please id want an immediate refund. i called the hosting company, ionos , and i was told they received nothing from Paypal. please assist and help me....thanks.
