UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT

Hi All, 

 

Hopefully PayPal can solve my issues, 

 

My PayPal account is automatically signed in my IPad and my partner used this to buy her stuffs cost $451 AUD last night. 

 

I got an notification from my bank app while was working and reported straight away to PayPal cause i didn't authorise that payment. 

 

Paypal investigated and confirmed quickly that" We've reviewed your unauthorised activity case, and determined that there was no unauthorised use of your PayPal account. This case is closed" . Not sure how they investigated but the outcome is completely not satisfied because buyer' name was not my name. 

 

Is there any chance if i can cancel the order and get the money back?
