What is going on with PayPal? I have given up on a purchase today, and not for the first time, I have had a continuous merry-go-round of being taken back to the start each time I have enterwd my login details etc. Each time I am welcomed as logged in, I say I want to make a payment and back to the start I go again. There seems to be no way to contact PayPal directly. Face book is a robot, the phone lines I am told are too busy for words and messages can only be sent generically. It's rubbish!
