UBER Payment

Hey everybody

there has been a payment done of 69,90€ on my bank account. It says it is a PayPal payment for UBER. 

I have two problems with that.

First, thus I know UBER, I don't have an account nor did I use it. I used to have an account about 2 years ago when I was traveling, but there is no UBER in Germany as far as I know. 

Second, I cannot find this payment in my PayPal Account, only in my bank account. 

I tried to contact Paypal by mail and phone, but couldn't get in touch with anybody.

Check if you had a subscription set up...


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

If not then click on the transaction and report it as unauthorised at the bottom of that details page.

 

Lastly if you need to............


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Thanks for the advice. My Problem is that I cannot find a transaction on my PayPal, only in my bank account.
