Hi I authorised a payment today and have received a txt asking me to send 1 to confirm my purchase or 2 to say I’d not made this payment my iPhone won’t let me reply is this genuine as I don’t recall getting these before

Great question! We do send these texts to ensure payments coming from the account are legitimate. Even if you can't respond, as long as the payment was initiated by you, you shouldn't need to do anything. I hope this helps!
