After submitting an online order, Paypal notified me of the authorized transaction, to be paid upon order completion. Five days later, I got another notice, same merchant, same amount, same invoice/order# but a new Paypal transaction#.
Currently only the latest "pending" shows on my Paypal account although both "pendings" show on my payment method / credit card account. I have seen where it takes 30 days for an authorization to time out, so this is not making sense to me. First time using this merchant and I'm not 100% on them.
I conclude that since the first authorization no longer appears on my Paypal activity, that only the current/second "pending" is still active and in queue for the payment of funds. Any advice?
