Two email notifications for one received payment

I am recently experiencing an issue with our receipt notifications. For some payments, I receive two notification emails with two different subjects: "You received a payment" and "Notification of Donation Received." So far it has happened only for our users who have set monthly automatic payment, BUT not for all of them. This has happened for 3 out of the 5 last recurring payments we received.

This is a business account, with only one user (one email address for notifications). I have not changed any of our account settings recently.

I too have noticed this very annoying feature. One notification is great. Two are confusing.

 

But to contact PayPal and actually get some help on this seems impossible!
