I sold an eBay item (233684992379) on 8/30 and it was paid immediately per eBay. When I looked, there is no information in my PayPal Activity, although the customer did send a screenshot proving that the invoice was paid. This also happened with a second eBay item (233685101610) on 9/1, which per eBay, has been paid, but is not showing in my PayPal Activity. I updated the shipping information on those sales within 24 hours of being sold. I've seen some people stating they can't see the PayPal Activity, but their PayPal balance was correct. My PayPal balance is NOT correct. I'm fearful of using PayPal for my eBay sales now because while it's showing the customer paid, I'm not actually receiving the payment.
