I anyone else having problems connecting to Pay Pal from a seller's site? Today is Dec 15 11:00am PST USA.
Last night I tried to buy from one site and the Pay Pay buffering circle just spins and spins. A message said, "If you are not connected in a moment, refresh this page." Did not work, over and over. This morning I am trying to buy something different from another site and the same thing.
I was able to get in easily to my account from a new tab, so it seems the site is up and ok. Is there a way for me to see if these two sellers are still affiliated with Pay Pal? Thanks for any help offered.
